announcing the inaugural

Student Video Game Design Competition

The Public Education Foundation and Hamilton County Schools are excited to announce the inaugural Arcade Architects event -- a student video game design competition and showcase. Students in groups of 2-4 will compete by creating and coding a playable game that answers the following question: "How do we as video game developers create an original video game that showcases the best of Chattanooga?" The competition will feature prizes for student teams in elementary, middle, and high school, as well as awards for the winning teams' schools!

Due to conflicts beyond our control, the event on May 18th has been cancelled. PEF and the judging team will do site visits for the students participating in this year's competition. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Registration Closes April 26 at 11:30 PM
